The purpose of this study was to examine the differences between the group of children with and the group of those without mild mental disability in static and dynamic balance, hand skills and skills with a ball. The data were obtained on two schools, OŠ Dragotin Kette and OŠ Drska. Sample covered 10 children, all 11-years-old boys. Tasks were a part of the test of child’s movement assessment, the ABC movement. There were 8 tasks and there was one questionnaire that was fulfilled by sports teachers in each of the schools. The conclusion is that there are some differences between the group of children with and the group of those without mild mental disability, but the differences are not shown on all of the tested areas. On the other hand, on all of the tested areas the results have shown the differences among the children inside the group of those with mild mental disability.
