    Abstract

In my thesis I focused on the treatment of children with auto-aggressive or hetero-aggressive disorder. In general I can say that I will talk about children with special needs. This is a group of children and adolescents, which is very heterogeneous, but has one thing in common and that is the aggressive tendencies that are reflected in their behavior. I was researching how different professions deal with the disorder that is often present with children/adolescents in institutions. In addition, I was researching how different professions, belonging to different discourses, interact with each other. In the theoretical part I present the different discourses that are often present in the treatment of children with auto/hetero-aggressive tendencies and these are social, legal, pedagogical and medical discourses. Social discourse directs itself in a wider environment. So the cause of the problem is not solely the individual, but also focuses on environmental factors that strongly characterize an individual's experience and functioning. Medical discourse sees the disorder as an objective and intrinsic property of an individual and it does not see it in relation to the concrete life situations. The aim of the legal system is to protect society from deviance. Their focus is directed solely at the offense and sanctions that follow. Pedagogical discourse believes that with the help of education it can affects individuals. In the empirical part with analyzing the personal folder of an adolescent and two interviews I sought to identify concrete ways of addressing children by different experts. In what ways and if at all do different experts exchange information. And how much can you learn from a personal folder of a child and how this important document can benefit an expert, who meets the child for the first time.
