    Abstract

    Communication is one of the key social activites and a prerequisite for all human social interactions. In nowadays society, social interactions are the ones which makes possible for humans to integrate into society. Thus, it's important, to establish a succesful communication betwen preschool teachers and parents, as this will be the key to achieve adequate educational process which will allow child to be normally integrated into society. Questionnaire was used, so i could find out what are parents' experiences at their cooperation in comunicational processes with preschool teachers. I also wanted to find out how do the parents feel about interpersonal communication with preschool teachers and whether are they satisifed with educator's communication. Questionnaire results were that by parents' opinions their communicational processes with preshool teachers are good. Communication betwen them is two-way, in which preschool teachers are taking the role of active listeners. Among the communicational skills, preschool teacher are most commonly using feedback and I-messages. You-messages or we-messages are not used by them. Parents are feeling respected and considered in communication with preschool teachers, as shown by questionnaire. Parents general opinion is that preschool teachers are skilled communicators, they are satisfied with communicational skills.
