    Diploma thesis researches the characteristics of interpersonal relationship that gradually develops during the implementation of the work task that addresses the individual monitoring and collaboration between female and male students of Social Pedagogy and children or young persons. The theoretical part of this thesis studies the meaning, role and influence of interpersonal relationships in the process of psychosocial support to the users. Within individual relationship phases this thesis highlights specific elements of collaboration between (prospective) professionals and users that have a significant role in co-creating the process of support. In conclusion of this thesis the sociopedagogical diagnostics and the theoretical basis of sociopedagogical interventions are studied. Theoretical concepts are illustrated with quotations from closing reports written by students at the end of their work task involving the topic of individual monitoring. In the empirical part a qualitative analysis is conducted regarding the relationship between female students of Social Pedagogy and users. Within that a comprehensive insight is acquired in relation to individual characteristics and dimensions of the relationship that develops between them. Key findings that can be exposed are the following: intentional establishment of new relationships can cause a certain level of fear and anxiety among female students; disruptions within the working relationship with professionals responsible for each child are more frequent in cases where the female students do not have a previously established relationship with them; personal factors that interfere with the process of collaboration to the greatest extent are the user's lack of motivation for work and female students doubting in interventions being sensible and effective.
